ZonalApp – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ZonalApp, a platform operated by Zonalapp Enterprises (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ZonalApp mobile application, website (https://zonalapp.com), and services provided through the platform.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

ZonalApp provides a multi-vendor marketplace for building materials. Features include:

• Delivery tracking

• Vendor discovery based on location

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any features without notice.

4. Vendor Listings & Product Accuracy

• Product listings, prices, availability, and specifications are provided by third-party vendors.
• While we verify vendors, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of product details.
• ZonalApp is not liable for disputes arising between customers and vendors.

5. Payments

• Payment can be made through UPI, credit/debit cards, or other supported gateways.
• All transactions are processed securely via trusted payment providers.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are approximate and subject to availability, distance, and logistics.
• Any delay caused by third-party logistics or vendors is not directly under ZonalApp’s control.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with app security or servers
• Upload harmful, offensive, or false information

9. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, text, graphics, software) on ZonalApp is owned by or licensed to Zonaloffers Private Limited and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reuse or reproduce it without permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your actions cause harm to our reputation, platform, or users
• Required by law

Termination may result in loss of access to your account and data.

11. Disclaimer

ZonalApp is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of listings, or suitability of vendor products.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZonalApp and its affiliates will not be liable for:

• Losses, damages, or claims arising out of your use of the services
• Delays or failures caused by vendors or third-party logistics
• Unauthorized access or data breaches beyond our control

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after such updates indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.
