The customer can choose to cancel an
order any time before it's shipping. The order cannot be cancelled once it’s
out for delivery.
If a customer cancels an order after the product
has been shipped, cancellation charges will apply to compensate for the costs
incurred in processing, packaging, and shipping. These charges help balance the
expenses and efforts already undertaken to fulfill the order.
Customers can request cancellation or product
replacement only if the delivered item is incorrect or damaged. The product
must remain unused and in its original condition, and the request must be
initiated immediately upon receiving the item, but no later than one hour after
delivery.
The time window for cancellation varies based on
different categories and the order cannot be cancelled once the specified time
has passed.
In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to
cancel the order for free, post the specified time and a cancellation fee will
be charged. The details about the time window mentioned on the product page or
order confirmation page will be considered final.
In case of any cancellation from the seller due
to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
ZonalApp reserves the right to accept the
cancellation of any order. ZonalApp also reserves the right to waive off or
modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.
